When was the last time a friend gave you a shoulder massage, a head scratch—or just a really good hug? Human beings are social creatures who thrive on physical contact! And yet in today's world, many of us are touch-deprived.

Come reconnect with your humanity at a Cuddle Party—a new kind of workshop/social event, that creates a safe place to give and receive non-sexual touch in a fun and affectionate setting.

People show up, have some snacks, and participate in the Welcome Circle, which includes some get-to-know-you exercises and an explanation of the rules. Some of the rules are:

Then guests lounge around for a couple of hours, asking for the kinds of touch they feel like giving or receiving. (And saying "no" to what they don't want!)

At the end of the workshop, people feel more relaxed, more confident, more empowered to communicate effectively, and have a natural, healthy “high” from the feel-good chemicals the body releases during cuddling. 

What to Bring: Pajamas or sweat suit/loungewear to change into (please no shorts or tank tops/overly revealing outfits) and a fun, open-minded cuddly attitude.

PLEASE BE ON TIME. Guests who arrive late can disrupt the energy of the group. For this reason, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may not be allowed to enter!!
